WILL TO BE ATTACKED APPEAL BY RELATIVES Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright TORONTO, April 11. (Received April 12, at 11 a.m.) The relatives of Mr Millar have appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada to invalidate the “ Stork Derby ” will. The case will be heard in October; It is believed that this will indefinitely delay the hearing of six “ Derby ” claimants.
