NEGOTIATIONS FOR AGREEMENT Press Association —By Telegraphy-Copyright SYDNEY, April 11. Negotiations for the settlement of the foundries’ strike are proceeding. Ah agreement has already been reached with one firm, and 300 men'are returning to work on the night shift tomorrow. GENERAL RETURN TO WORK EXPECTED SYDNEY, April 12. (Received April 12, at 11 a.m.) The employees in more than 10 foundries will resume work this morning The employers expect that there will be a general return to work this week. Those who decided to resume have abandoned the stand taken in the recent ultimatum that the strike he continued until -a rise of 12g a week in the basic wage is granted* -
