RECRUITS FROM DOMINIONS QUESTION UNDER CONSIDERATION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 11. (Received March 12, at 1.5 p.m.) The Australian Associated Press Association’s political correspondent understands that the British Government is likely early to the dominion Governments to ascertain whether it would be possible to obtain recruits from the dominions for the British Army. This arises from the difficulty in securing sufficient recruits in England to bring the Army up to the necessary strength. " . The War Office’s annual report intimates that investigations in connection with this matter are at present proceeding among the departments, but the Australian Associated Press is informed that the dominion Governments will not bo approached until the War Office and the Dominions Office inquiry has concluded.
