TENDERS NEXT WEEK " [Special to the ' Stak.’l WELLINGTON, March 12. Tenders for the erection of 40 house# in Dunedin are being called next week by the State Housing Department. These will be situated on the Liperton block acquired from the Education Board. This is regarded as a preliminary contract, more houses being needed for the city.
