(Received February 26, at 12.30 p.m.) A woman who evaded the Customs officials after arriving from New Zealand by the Niagara in December has given herself up at the Gistoms Department. . The Customs officers, at the time, predicted this outcome beciuse of her lack of means. ■ When she returned she tad them she had had a hard time. After an unsuccessful search for work in New South Wales and Queensland, she had had to walk from Brisbane to Sydney, and was af( the end of her resources.;
