RUMANIA’S DECLARATION
WILL HOT TOLERATE NAZI OR FASCIST INTERFERENCE
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright
BUCHAREST, February 16. The Prime Minister, M. Tatarescu, declared in a loudly-applauded parliamentary speech, that the Government would not tolerate Nazi or Fascist, interference in Rumanian domestic affairs. The speech followed participa-
tion by the German, Italian, Polish, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish Republican Ministers in t.h© funeral of two Iron Guards, who were killed when fighting for Spain. This was regarded as a breach of diplomatic etiquette, and the funeral developed into a political demonstration owing to an anti-democratic display by the Right Wing elements.
