IN REBEL HANDS.—The town of Malaga, on the south-east coast of Spain, which fell to the insurgents last week. A message from the rebel town of Seville asserts that the Communists killed 80,000 people at Malaga after the outbreak of hostilities, although the total population is understood to be in the vicinity of 150,000. Malaga is a port of strategic importance with a deep and commodious harbour.
