SHAKES OF CORRUPTION Pitott Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PERTH, February 12. (Received February 12, at noon.) The Royal Commissioner (Mr P. L. Hart), who inquired into the charges of corruption made by Mr T. J. Hughes in the Legislative Assembly against Ministers of the Crown and others, reported that none of the charges had been substantiated, and exonerated those attacked by Mr Hughes.
