TO TUB EDITOR. Sir,—Most of us have a tendency on occasion to misquote, and some have a real genius for it; but it is surprising to find, our respected magistrate indulging in it. In a report in to-night’s issue His Worship is reported to have remarked: “ A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.” How can knowledge of any description lie, of itself, dangerous ?
