AGREEMENT OVER ABYSSINIAN PRIVILEGES Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, January 28. (Received 29, at 10.30 a.m.) A British and Italian agreement has been signed retaining the British Somali tribesmen’s grazing privileges in Abyssinia and facilitating Italy's use of the more convenient British ports of Berbera and Zeila for exporting products and importing developmental requisites.
