PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNAMENT TWO ROUNDS COMPLETED Two rounds only were completed h> 12.30 p.m. at the Anderson’s Bay and Caledonian Ground greens in the l üblic Service bowling tournament, which was commenced this morning. Both ercens were in excellent order, though that at the Caledonian Ground was rather fast. Extremely favourable weather conditions prevailed, but a gustj wind made bowling tricky at times.
