GIRL’S MUTILATED BODY FOUND DAUGHTER OF EX-CONSUL AT FOOCHOW. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PEIPING, January 8. (Received January 9, at 11 a.m.) The body of Pamela, aged 17, the daughter of Mr Edward Warner, exConsul at Foochow, was found. outside the city wall, mutilated. Murder is suspected.
