(Received December 31, at 11 a.m.) 1 A clerk named Moodloy, employed at the Indian Agency-General, committed suicide by taking poison after his arrest for attempting to murder Sir Syed Raza Ali (Agent to the Government of India in South Africa) and the entire staff of the Agency with poison in their afternoon tea.
