M- Bulow left London on October 29 to take up an appointment in the Posts and Telegraphs Department of the Government of Iraq in Bagdad Mr Bulow’s duties will be primarily in faonnection with the organisation and development of broadcasting. Mr Bulow, who joined the 8.8. C. in 1923, was responsible for the erection of the Bombay and Calcutta stations in India in 1927, and has only recently returned from Madras, where he was broadcasting adviser to the Government of Madr*rs,
