BROTHERLY REUNION

The visit to Dunedin of Mr and Mrs John Foote of Durban, South Africa, was quite a highlight in the reunion of five brothers which took place here during the past week. Mr John Foote, who left Dunedin, his home town, many years ago, wantered to South Africa via Australia (he met his wife in Brisbane), and is now manage M an insurance company in Durfnjn. temporary homecoming was the signal for an impressive gathering of the clan. In Dunedin he and his wife have been the guests of Mr Foote’s brothers —MiFrank Foote, of Driver’s road, and Mr Harry Foote, of Macandrew Bay. For a few days the three brothers were joined there by two others—Mr Percy Foote and Mr William Foote, both of Timara. In addition to a happy family reunion dinner at the Savoy, four of the men folk enjoyed a game of golf together at Balmacewcn.
