(Received October 15, at 12.30 p.m.) Cabinet has issued a statement, presumably in reference to the J arrow marchers and other marches to London, that these are undesirable in a country governed by a parliamentary system, and cannot be encouraged. ’ Ministers cannot receive deputations of marchers, though they are always prepared to meet members of the House of Commons.
