(Received October 15, at 10.5 a.m.)_ It is reported that the police president of Danzig has dissolved the Social Democrat Party, on the grounds that it is illegally in possession of arms, also violating the sabotage regulations. ALLEGED CIVIL WAR PLOT. DANZIG, October 14. (Received October 15, at 1.5 p.m.) In dissolving the Social Democrat Party the police alleged the existence of a civil war plot. The follows the conviction of five Socialist deputies for illegal possession of arms. It is now revealed that there have been 89 further arrests.
