ALLEGED CIVIL WAR PLOT. DANZIG, October 14. (Received October 15, at 1.5 p.m.) In dissolving the Social Democrat Party the police alleged the existence of a civil war plot. The follows the conviction of five Socialist deputies for illegal possession of arms. It is now revealed that there have been 89 further arrests.
