(Received October G, at 1.35 p.m.) Included in the 1,59 U divorce suits listed for the term beginning on Monday is that of the Countess ot Jersey’s claim, which the Earl of Jersey is not defending. Another undefended suit is that of Lady Montagu against Loyd Edward Montagu.
