The Korimako arrived from the north at 12.55 p.m. with Mr and Mrs G. Luoni and Mr R. Hewitt (from Palmerston North), Messrs L. Smith, R. Berryman, and T. Coltmah (from Blenheim), and Messrs B. Young and W. J. Fernie (from Christchurch),
