TANGANYIKA MANDATE
OPPOSITION TO TRANSFER Prow Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NAIROBI, July 3. (Received July 4, at 2 p.m.) All races in Tanganyika are signing an appeal to the British Government against the transfer of the mandate, which is regarded as a serious breach of repeated pledges, adding: “It is a fallacy to suppose that Tanganyika can support a large German population.’’
