The Judicial Commission recommends that German West Africa be incorporated in South Africa, as it considers the present form of government a failure. NAZI ACTIVITIES CONDEMNED. CAPE TOWN, June 12. (Received June 13, at 11 a.m.) The Judicial Commission which recommended that German South-west Africa be incorporated into the South African Union, as it was considered that the present form of government was a failure, considers in its report that Nazi activities render the present administration impossible. The population is dragooned by orders from Berlin, the Swastika is displacing the Union flag, and recalcitrant Germans are reported to Berlin, which persecutes their families living in Germany.
