RETURN OF MR BARRY CAULFEILD The prediction that snow sports would appeal to an ever-increasing number of Now Zealanders is being fulfilled emphatically. The season has opened well at Mount Cook, and the tally of visitors promises to exceed the high figures of previous years. The distinguished ski expert, _ Mr Barry Oaulfcild, is again to he in charge of the Mount Cook Ski School. When he was hero two years ago he gave a pleasant surprise to many folk, including elderly men and women, by his quickness in training them to enjoy safely the speedy glides on ski. Complete arrangements have been mqde to assure good sport throughout the season, in addition to tho programmes of championship meetings. Details are advertised in this issue.
