(Received May 29, at 11 a.m.) The official date of the coronation is May 12, KING APPROVES DATE (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 23. (Received May 29, at noon.) The King formally approved the date of the coronation when he signed an Order in Council at a meeting of the Privy Council held at Buckingham Palace this morning.
