Ross, £ll IBs 4d, goods delivered; the Grand Lodge of New Zealand, 1.0.0. F. v. John Henry Greenhead (Rotorua), £74 2s 2d, interest and mortgage premiums; Elizabeth. Wilson v. Edward Reed, £lO, money duo on an lOU. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. W. A. Bracegirdle proceeded against J. T. Woolley for the recovery of £6 on a judgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant, and the magistrate made an order for the payment of the full amount, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
