No expense lias been spared on their trim ballet frocks and bonnets, and this item should bo very alluring. A clever interlude, ‘ Times Have Changed,’ will follow. This, by means of the “revolting” stage, depicts the difference between mid-Vic-torian and modern honeymoon couples. The sextet which follows is a neat satire on loading topics. The Prime Minister, the Mayor, “Joey,” and numerous other outstanding personalities arc cleverly dealt with. The next item an interlude, is a dramatic domestic scene in which tho entire plot is unfolded by dialogue, which does not vary from “Ah !” The next interlude, ‘ The Viennese Boys’ Choir,’_ is an original but harmonious rendering of Straus’s ‘ Blue Danube.’ ‘ Lnv Labour Lost ’ is a skit on file present political situation. The. leading figures are Caesar Savngeous and Maximus Maximacmillan. Roman scenery gives the farce a realistic atmosphere of ancient times. Tho second half of the concert will open with the second farce, ‘ Blflck Trash, White Scum.’ Tim scene is an elaborately staged Abyssinian jungle, and the chief characters arc the British Administrator, his daughter, and the Abyssinian Fmperor. Four short interludes follow. ‘ True Blue Harold ’ is a scone from the moves of 20 yenrs_ ago. in which tho villian meets his just fate at the hands of the hero, who is lone acclaimed. ‘ Shooting Stars ’ is a snappy interlude, in which the crack shot finds himself “ out-shot.” The number, ‘ Hold That Tiger,’ is a clever impersonation of the famous Mills brothers. ‘ Beyond tho Palo,’ perhaps the cleverest interlude of the evenin'”, discloses what some curious sitters ” saw in the Seynmro Nudist Col on v. The last item is ‘ Black Magic.’ Hr M'Mclton and Hr Fidgett here find themselves outdone by the perfect parliamentary _ candidate. “ Jnev.” 'l'lm, conclusion is an uncxpectc 1 climax.
