LONDON. Great Britain has embarked upon a scheme for the anti-gas defence of densely populated areas. The scheme is furthest advanced in London, where gas-proof shelters are being constructed and tuition in the use of gas masks lias been made available to city workers. A class of office girls is here becoming accustomed to this ugly but possibly useful device.
