ELUCIDATION OF VARIOUS POINTS DESIRED (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, April 29. (Received April 20, at noon.) The Prime Minister stated in the House of Commons at question time that the Government hoped to approach the German Government at an early date with a view to the elucidation of various points in the recent Gennan memoranda.
