LONDON SEASON OPENED press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 29. (Received April 30, at 11 a.m.) Viscountess Bledisloe opened the apple season at the New Zealand offices. Sir James Parr, deploring the middlemen, said the growers received Id a lb on apples which sold in London from 9d to 10d.
