The story of ‘ Here’s to Romance,’ is one of these delicious romantic tales about artists,; their light-hearted bohemian life, and the complications of love that are only straightened out when Martini wins Miss Louise. Although Martini sings operatic gems from ‘Tosca,’ ‘ Mauan,’. ‘ Cavalleria Rusticana,’ and ‘ Pagliacci,’ the music of the film is not confined to operatic work. Two sparkling new numbers, with music by Con Conrad, creator of ‘ Continental,’ are among the entertainment features.
