NO QUESTION OF SURRENDER Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, April 29. (Received April 30, at 10. u a.m.) In the House of Commons the Marquess of Hartigan said there was no object in consulting the dominions in reference to mandates as the question of surrender had not arisen.
