(Received April 29, at 11 a.m.) Commending New Zealand’s “ amazing record of rapid, honest, and businesslike Government,” the ‘ Daily Herald ’ draws attention to the Dairy Products Marketing Bill, and points out that “ this and nationalisation of the Reserve Bank involve the transference of economic power from private into public hands. Such measures here would provoke panicky predictions of ruin; but they are no more than commonsense.”
