QUESTION OF TURKISH FORTIFICATIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 6. (Received April 7, at 12.50 p.m.) Replying to a question in the House of Commons whether the Government had received any communications from Turkey in reference to the rebuilding of the fortifications at the Dardanelles, Mr Eden said there had teen no official communication, but the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs had mentioned the desire of his Government to raise the question at a suitable moment.
