The former Union Company steamer Kawatiri, which has been sold to the Japanese, will leave Port Chalmers towards the end of the week for Lyttelton and Westport to load scrap metal. She will also bunker at .Westport, and will then sail for Australia and Japan; . '■ : ' ' • ' DURHAM LEAVES LONDON. The Durham left London on February 21 to discharge at New Zealand ports. She will now discharge first at Auckland, where she is due on March 30, Port .Chalmers, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, and Nelson. LOADINGS AT VANCOUVER. The O. and O. Line steamers, which have not been calling at Vancouver for some time owing to the waterfront dispute, will next month resume loading there prior to calling at American ports to load for New Zealand. The first vessel of the line to recommence the Canadian call will be the Golden Bear, which will load at Vancouver on March ,18. IN RADIO RANGE. Messrs Neill and Co. advise that the Chifuku Maru is due at Dunedin from Bluff on February 27. MOVEMENTS ON THE COAST. AVaimarino, which arrived yesterday morning from Bluff, sailed last night for Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading for AA’clliugton and Auckland. Kara was due from AVdlington this afternoon.
