OTAGO CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING The Otago track and field championship meeting was'held at the Caledonian Ground this afternoon in dull weather, and after the heavy rains the tracks were well soaked; and on the slow side. Most of the Otago clubs were well represented, especially large contingents coming from Oamaru and_ Invercargill. Results (times are given in tenths): — Shot Putt Championship.—A. A. Cameron (North Otago), 38ft lOin, 1; R. Dalgleish (North Otago), 35ft 3in, 2; J. Tither (Civil Service), 32ft 9in, 3440 Yards Hurdles Championship.— H. W. Milner (North Otago) 1. J.
