VARIOUS PLANS SUBMITTED

RUGBY, January 8 (Received January 9, at 11 a.m.)
The Naval Conference met again for about two hours. Three plans submitted by the French, United Kingdom, and Italian delegations respectively, providing for quantitative limitation of naval armaments by means of notification and exchange of building programmes were examined by the first committee.
The French and Italian delegates proceeded to elaborate their plans and the Japanese delegation, offered their observations on certain features of plans. The discussion was adjourned till Friday, %
