W MEDIATE CHANGE PLANNED [Special to the ‘ Star.’] , WELLINGTON. December 14. Announcing the reappointment of Mr H. D. Vickery as chairman of the Broadcasting Board till Match 31, the Postmaster-General (Mr F. Jones) explained to your correspondent that the whole question of the broadcasting policy will be gone into early in the new year. “ I shall have,” he said, “ to carefully investigate the question of control over broadcasting, including the position of the B stations, and, as there has not been sufficient time to permit a full inquiry and consideration, it is advisable to make no changes in the meantime.”
