TRANSATLANTIC SERVICE ANGLO-AMERICAN GO-OPERATION Press , Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, December 9. It has been learned that Pan-Ameri-can Airways and Imperial Airways have reached an agreement to start experimental transatlantic flights under American and British joint operation, probably about March 15. From then until October 15 flying boats will follow the NewfoundlandIreland route, and after October 15 will ' change to the London-Spain-Azores-Bermuda route for the winter months. It was agreed that American flying boats of the China Clipper type be used initially, but some visiting British experts expect to visit the plant where they are made with a view to building similar craft in England.
