JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Simpson and Warrington claimed from Richard Ashfield Collins the sum of £4 6s 6d on a judgment summons, an. order being made for the payment of this amount, with costs (6s), in default four days’ imprisonment. / C. Holier and Sons proceeded against Charles M'Gill, claiming £1 ss; on a judgment summons, an order , being made for the payment of this amount, with costs (6s), in default two days’ imprisonment. . .
