NAMAKIA WINS BIG HANDICAP The Takapuna Jockey Club’s Spring Meeting was concluded at Ellesslie in glorious weather before a fair attendance. The track was insplendid order. The totalisator handled £21,132J, against £19,603 on the corresponding day last year, an increase of £1,5291. The total for the meeting was £48.7951,, against £44,7591, an increase of £4,036.
