FORM U.B. 32A Members of the undermentioned groups must obtain form U.B. 32a.from the employment bureau and, after completion, return it personally by the date specified. Each man must produce his levy book with the completed form. Any man who fails to return the form by the specified date will be deleted from his group and will not be restarted until he has been regrouped by the. employment bureau.
