(Received November 25, at 1.30 p.m.) The ‘Daily Telegraph’s’ Cairo correspondent says a campaign by manifesto has replaced rioting as a protest against the absence of a constitution, the parties being asked to present a united front against England in the fight for independence and fhe return of the 1923 constitution. Judges have petitioned King Fuad against British interference in internal affairs.
