Ciemiengo is the youngest person ever convicted on such a charge or put to death legally in America, according to the criminal records. The youths shot and killed an aged farmer whom they intended to rob, according to the charge by the prosecution. The-pre-siding judge declared that the jury’s verdict was just. .
