, FARM SUBSIDIES (Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 21. Referring to the Unemployment Board’s subsidies for farm buildings and equipment and. the board’s scheme for stimulation of local industry, the Commissioner of Unemployment advises that this arrangement is an extension of the scheme covering the dairy industry, but applying also to the farming industry generally, in so far as the erection of approved buildings and the purchase of implements and machinery of New Zealand manufacture are concerned.
