SUCCESS OF BRITISH POST OFFICE’S PLAN (British Official Wireless.! Press Association—By Tclegrapll-jCopyright RUGBY, November 18. During the first fire months since the introduction of tho sixpenny minimum rate for telegrams the Post Office has dealt with over 4,500,000 more than in the corresponding period of last year, an increase of 30 per cent. The “ greetings ” telegram has also proved remarkably popular.
