AMERICAN NOT ALLOWED TO LAND. An American, about 30 years of age, stowed away on hoard the Norwegian tanker at San Pedro, and when the vessel arrived at Auckland lie was not allowed to land. He will remain on the tanker until she returns to Sau Pedro.
