REFERENCE TO WIDOW LONDON. July 25. The will of the late Sir Robert John Collie, of Porchester-terrace, Bayswater,. was referred to in the Probate Court yesterday, when leave was sought to expunge from the probate certain words contained in the will, which, it was said, were defamatory of Lady Collie. Counsel for the executors said without an order of the court there was no power to omit these words. The executors w r anted to protect themselves in expunging the words complained of. Mr Justice Buckmill: I suppose the testator wanted her to know what he thought of her? Counsel said it was too bad to abuse someone to whom one left nothing. The testator actually directed that copies of the will should be sent to a number of persons. His Lordship; He was vindictive. 1 will give you leave to exclude the words,
