George,, Frater (Napier), £2 13s 2d, goods supplied ; New Snowdrift Lime Company Ltd. v. J. B. Kerr (Gore), £B. money owing to plaintiff; National Mortgage and Agency Company Ltd. v. Archibald Bentinek Ritchie (Clinton), £8 6s 2d, stock sold and delivered to the defendant. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Safety Parking and Service Station Ltd. claimed from H. G. Barnes the sum of 13s on a judgment summons, an order being made for the payment of this amount, with costs (7s), in default one day’s imprisonment.
