In a further attack against the constitutionality of the “ New Deal,” four large local milling firms filed a suit in the United States District Court for a declaratory judgment that the Agricultural Adjustment Administration is' unconstitutional,-at the same time refusing to pay 400,000d0l due in processing taxes., v : A temporary ordfer was granted restraining..,, the...collection of the taxes till July 23, when argument wjll be heard.. A later message, states that 17 other milling and packing firms in various parts of the country have ‘brought similar suits.
