The directors of the New Zealand Farmers’ Fertiliser Company Ltd. recommend a dividend of 5J per cent, for the year ended May 31. The -unappropriated balance for 1934 was £21,142, the net profit for the year was £18,837. making a total profit to be dealt with of £39,979, less the amount added to reserve (£4,000) and dividend (£14,410), leaving £21,569 to be carried forward to next year.—Auckland correspondent.
