APPROPRIATION RILL WITHDRAWN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, June 29. _ M. Laval has announced that he is withdrawing the Bill providing for £15,000,000 for national defence. He explained that there was not sufficient time to pass the measure by the ordinary procedure in view of the Chamber of Deputies adjourning for the summer recess to-night. He added that the question of defence credits, would be dealt with by decree. ■ r . -
